Each session is consistent with the intent to revitalize, reduce pain and decrease stress related injuries. All my attention, awareness and focus goes into each therapy session searching for release needed for each knotted muscle. My pressure and techniques will vary through out the session seeking the most effective treatment for the best relaxing and release techniques.
