My Goal as a Massage Therapist is to apply the techniques necessary to relieve issues before they
manifest into habits such as, bad posture, muscle fatigue, overuse injuries and much more.
1. My first goal will be to determine what's needed for your individual soft tissue injury or issue.
2. Focus on current aches & pains and rehabilitating more chronic issues.
3. Review each session for progress of treatment and adjust according.
4. Some muscle issues could end up being more chronic or acute needing a maintenance plan or
more specific treatments, while another sore area just needs to be relaxed or worked out
